Mandarins in liqueur syrup

Ingredients

30ml brandy
60ml mandarin liqueur
75g sugar
250ml orange juice
15g potato flour
10 segmented mandarins

Method

Boil brandy sugar and orange juice. Thicken withpotato flour. Add mandarins and leave to soak.
