Michelin-starred chef Tessa Bramley to cook at St Leger Festival

Michelin-starred chef Tessa Bramley has partnered with Doncaster Racecourse for the Ladbrokes St Leger Festival in September.

Bramley, chef-patron at the one-star Old Vicarage in Sheffield, and her team will provide the hospitality within Silks restaurant on Friday 9 September at the launch of the St Leger Platinum Club.

The Vicarage team will provide a full service, with Champagne and fine wines sourced through the restaurant's wine cellars, while a visiting tipster and table service tote betting will be available for racing enthusiasts.

Bramley said: "This is the perfect recipe for me, having my Michelin chefs at the oldest classic race meeting in the world.

"Diners will enjoy the full Michelin experience, the finest local produce prepared and cooked by me and my team during one of Yorkshire's key sporting and social occasions."
