Abbey Well Plus! is a new premium drink from the Northumberland supplier that mixes real fruit with the natural mineral water it has been bottling since 1910 (from water it claims has filtered for at least 3,000 years through 315 million-year-old white sandstone). Launched as a refreshing and healthy alternative to carbonated or alcoholic beverages, the new drinks contain 65% real fruit but no artificial preservatives, flavours, colourings, sweeteners or added sugars. They are available in 250ml PET bottles in a choice of four popular flavours - apple and orange juice, apple and raspberry, apple and elderflower, and tropical fruit blend - through wholesalers such as 3663 and DBC.
