More sustainable fish from Brakes

Brakes has expanded its range of fish products derived from sustainable sources to 14 items with the launch of three additions developed specifically for the pub and restaurant sectors. All carry the blue eco-label issued by the Marine Stewardship Council as the mark of a sustainable and well-managed fishery. The Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Supreme (boned but not skinned) comes individually vacuum-packed in sets of 10 with a list price of £44.95. The boned and skinned Battercrisp Cod Fillets, which cook from frozen in 10-12 minutes, have a list price of £30.45 for a pack of 18, while the Cod Loins, also skinned and boned, cost £29.50 per pack of 10.
