My favourite thermal blender

MyCook Taurus thermal blender I was given this by my good friend Graham Bagnall of Chef Tools, who has donated a lot of gadgets to our research facility. This is the new generation of thermal blenders as it uses induction technology rather than a hotplate. The disadvantage of regular thermal mixers is that once the plate heats up, it is then difficult to cool down quickly when you need to use it for blending cold items. The beauty of the MyCook however, is that you can use it on cold items immediately after blending hot items.
