NACC reveals shortlist for 2016 awards

The National Association of Care Catering (NACC) has revealed the shortlist for its annual awards, which will take place in Nottingham on 6 October.

The awards recognise and celebrate excellence, innovation and education in the field of care catering, as well as the sector's unsung heroes.

Winners will be revealed at a gala dinner at the NACC National Training & Development Forum, which will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.

Neel Radia, national chair of the NACC, said: "The NACC Awards are a real highlight of the care catering calendar and a great opportunity to reflect on the incredible work and excellent best practice being demonstrated by care caterers across the UK.

"I know that the judges had a tough job reaching this shortlist as the calibre of entries was so high. I would therefore like to congratulate everyone who entered as, year on year, the examples of dedication, excellence and innovation are more inspirational. I'm looking forward to the NACC Awards dinner in October and to crowning the overall winners and celebrating another exceptional year of care catering with colleagues and friends."
