Nigel Haworth and BaxterStorey launch ‘Fuel Your Passion' for Porsche
Nigel Haworth joined BaxterStorey at Silverstone this week to launch a series of evening dining experiences at the Porsche Experience Centre‘s restaurant.
Haworth, chef-proprietor of the Michelin-starred Northcote and consultant chef to BaxterStorey since May, launched the Fuel Your Passion series of dining events with a six-course tasting menu, complemented by wines selected by his business partner and wine expert Craig Bancroft.
He will design, present and host a seasonal menu at the Porsche Restaurant on evenings in March, June, September and November next year. Haworth's protégé Lisa Allen and fellow consultant chef to BaxterStorey John Campbell of Coworth Park are also expected to take part.
Andy Goss, managing director of Porsche Cars said it was the quality of food served by BaxterStorey each day within the Porsche Restaurant that prompted customer demand to visit outside the usual opening hours.
"We hope the Fuel Your Passion series of evening events is the first of many activities to offer exclusive dining experiences to the public and showcase the talent of the Porsche catering team," he added.
