Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced catering contractors to be included on a select list of contractors who will be invited to tender to provide catering, hospitality and vending services to North Yorkshire County Council at County Hall, Northallerton.

The proposed service will be for a period of five years, from April 1st 2009, with the opportunity to extend by a further period of two years.NYCC ‘s preferred method of tendering is now the electronic SCMS Regional portal which can be accessed via the link http://scms.alito.co.uk.

Contractors should also be aware that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and the Acquired Rights Directive 77/187 may apply to the contract.
