This new arts centre will open this Autumn,in the busy Lace Market area of the city centre. It occupies a landmark building and will be one of the largest venues for contemporary art in the UK.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual operator to take on a concession contract, in a superb setting, with limited risk.
