Novus Leisure wins MOMA award for customer experience dashboard
Bar and restaurant group Novus Leisure has been recognised for its innovative customer experience dashboard at the Marketing on Mobile Awards (MOMA).
The operator, which will be among the speakers at the Digital Summit next week, saw off competition from Carling, O2, Renault and AstraZeneca to lift the award, organised by media platform the Drum.
The customer experience dashboard analyses customer feedback and data across channels including social media, review sites, surveys and point of sales systems.
When the dashboard was launched, Novus reported that at trial venues it reduced social media response time from 12.25 hours to 90 minutes, while negative sentiment fell to 8% of all posts compared to 12% across all other sites.
Simon Gaske, Customer experience director at Novus Leisure and Digital Summit speaker, said: "We are beyond thrilled to have won this award against such incredible competition. Praise must go to our digital agency, Red Ant, who worked hand-in-hand with us to bring our vision to life and launch this ground breaking technology across our estate. As a business, we are driven by innovation, with our customers at the heart of every decision we make."
