Olive Catering announces string of contract wins

Olive Catering Services has kicked off 2015 with a clutch of new catering contracts, worth more than £1.5m a year.

The new wins will see Olive provide full service staff restaurants to insurance provider Hastings Direct, national house builder Bovis Homes, and pharmaceutical giants Teva, and Celesio, which owns UK chain Lloyds Pharmacy.

Nitin Koria, head of property & development of Lloyds Pharmacy and Celesio UK, commented: "Olive was the obvious supplier partner for Celesio.

"Their visions and values dovetailed with our business and we found their passion for taking our food offer to the next level infectious. Olive also clearly demonstrated that they would support and develop the catering team which was a major part in our decision making process."

Oliver will cater for more than 1,000 Celesio employees daily at its offices in Coventry.

Damon Brown, co-founder of Olive Catering Services added: "This series of major contract wins is extremely significant for Olive, both in terms of the combined contract value and the opportunity to work with high profile businesses which expect only the best.

"Our flying start to 2015 is testament to our commitment to serving food with imagination and passion, and the focus on fresh food, prepared on-site using locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, which is at the heart of everything we do."
