Olive Catering announces trio of business wins

Olive Catering Services ended a record-breaking year by securing new contracts for full service restaurants with Carpetright, DFS and Samsung in December 2015.

In the last year, the catering firm won more than £3.6m in annual business and had a 98% client retention rate for the second year running.

Olive now operates more than 100 contracts nationwide, including the head office of fashion and homeware retailer Matalan.

Damon Brown, co-founder of Olive Catering Services, said: "To have capped off such a fantastic year with three high-profile business wins is testament to the monumental effort of our team members, who have put imagination and passion at the heart of everything they do.

"We already have some exciting plans in place for the next 12 months and are looking forward to rolling them out across our restaurants nationwide."

Olive Catering Services came second in the list of the top 20 fastest growing foodservice operators in the UK for the 2015 Foodservice Growth report, compiled by AlixPartners and EP.

The firm went up 14 places from the previous year after achieving growth rates of 31.9%.
