An opportunity to deliver catering services within an exciting regeneration project

Corby Borough Council (CBC) is progressing with an impressive regeneration programme to give new life to the former steel town. Significant improvements have already been accomplished such as Willow Place shopping precinct, developed by Land Securities, hosting a number of retailers such as River Island, Primark, TK Maxx and The Body Shop.

As part of this regeneration CBC is investing £50m in The Parkland Gateway development which will include the unique Corby Cube building housing a theatre and library facilities. Adjacent to the Cube will be a new state-of-the-art 50 metre international swimming pool. An opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified and experienced caterers to operate a Bistro and Café plus providing first class hospitality services in these landmark buildings.

In addition, CBC would consider adding two further existing catering facilities situated in the Borough to the successful caterer's contract.

The facilities may be available individually or as a group. Some investment will be required.
