Pabulum appoints Nelson Williams as new managing director

Independent contract caterer Pabulum has appointed Nelson Williams as its new managing director.

Williams has worked with high end caterer Searcys as executive operations director and, more recently, headed up the concessions division at Elior UK.

Pabulum's chairman, Deborah Harvey, said: "We are delighted to have Nelson on board. His strong empathy and passion for our company values, as well as his industry experience and background, will be a great asset to Pabulum."

Williams added: "Not only is there a great team spirit and impressive work ethic, but the company can be proud of what it stands for and the part it plays in spreading the word about the benefits of ‘honestly good food'. I'm confident that the company will continue to go from strength to strength and am looking forward to playing my part in making that happen."
