Pabulum awards staff at Meet 2015 event

Fleet-based independent caterer Pabulum recently held a special event to recognise the achievements of its staff and set targets for the year ahead.

Pabulum, which specialises in ethical and sustainable catering, put on an award ceremony which celebrated the hard work and commitment of its catering teams and fleet office personnel.

Awards were presented for innovation and outstanding achievement as well as those recognising the primary and secondary school chefs who had gone the extra mile.
Business controller Iain Weatherley (pictured) won the Best Innovation award.

Targets for the school caterers were also set, including a plan to reduce granular white sugar intake across the company by more than 50%.

Managing director Nelson Williams said: "It was fantastic to see so many happy and smiling people at Meet 2015, our annual conference and awards ceremony. I am incredibly proud of all our people and it was particularly pleasing to see so much recognition for all the outstanding work this year."
