Pabulum wins £1.5m deal at College of Haringey in London
Independent caterer Pabulum has been awarded a £1.5m contract to provide catering facilities at the College of Haringey, in north-east London.
Pabulum won the three-year deal to cater for 20,000 students and staff at the college's sites in Enfield and Tottenham following a selection process that featured students on the panel.
The Tottenham centre will feature a new Costa Coffee bar alongside a traditional hot and cold menu offer, while Pabulum has invested in a new servery and Costa Coffee has been introduced in the existing coffee shop.
Paul Donlan, director of sales for Pabulum, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded this catering contract, particularly given the calibre of the other companies that also tendered for the business.
"The management team at the college particularly liked our approach to delivering high-quality fresh food on a budget and, with students now back from their summer break, we are busy delivering on our promise."
