Pabulum wins £300,000 catering contract at Streatham school
Independent caterer Pabulum has won a three-year deal to deliver a school meals service at Eardley Primary School in Streatham, South London.
Worth in excess of £300,000, the contract will see Pabulum introduce its Healthy Bunch brand, a collection of farmyard characters designed to help children understand the benefits of healthy eating through visual messaging and play.
The daily lunch menu will provide a wide variety of fresh, seasonal produce designed to meet the dietary needs of the school's mixed ethnic background.
"Good, wholesome, healthy food is at the very heart of our offering," said Pabulum's director of sales, Amanda Ciraulo. "But what really makes working with Pabulum special is the support we bring to our customer relationships."
Andrew Marks, headmaster, added: "It's very important that the children's lunchtime experience is equally comfortable and the fact that Pabulum's menus are varied, interesting and suitable for all is very important to us."
