Pabulum wins £500,000 contract at Wiltshire school
Hampshire-based caterer Pabulum continues to grow its presence in the school meals sector, with a new £500,000 contract at a Wiltshire secondary school.
The three-year deal at Hardenhuish School in Chippenham, Wiltshire, has become the latest to buy into Pabulum's commitment to delivering healthy school lunches through the use of local, fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients.
Education catering now makes up more than 80% of Pabulum's business.
Linda Stuart, business manager at Hardenhuish, said it was the energy and enthusiasm of Pabulum's senior team that sealed the deal: "Everyone is really committed to the concept of ‘honestly good food'," she said.
"Their enthusiasm is infectious and their knowledge very reassuring. We are confident that the pupils will enjoy their meals and we will have a long and successful relationship with Pabulum."
Amanda Ciraulo, Pabulum's director of sales, added: "Quality food is at the heart of our offering, but we are about people, too.
"We have a team that really believes in what it does and has the skills and knowledge to do it well; in addition, everyone is a good communicator and it is this that makes our approach so successful."
