Pabulum wins four-year school meals deal in Hampshire

Contract caterer Pabulum has won another education deal, with the contract to provide catering services at Calthorpe School in Fleet, Hampshire.

The ethical caterer, which recently scored a hat trick of education contracts, has been awarded the four-year deal worth £75,000 annually.

The contract will see a three-strong team serving a selection of hot and cold Fairtrade, organic and locally sourced produce throughout the day, to more than 1,000 children.

Pabulum managing director Jonathan Gawthrop said: "We're thrilled that our message of ‘fresh food, freshly made' has been heard above that of our big name corporate rivals by the management at Calthorpe School and our staff are already busy showing pupils what Pabulum has to offer."

Pabulum recently won education contracts including Cranford Park Primary School, Middlesex, Totton College, Southampton, and Commonweal School in Swindon.
