Pabulum wins three-year deal at Bracknell school
Independent caterer Pabulum has kicked off the New Year with a new school meals contract at Brakenhale School, in Bracknell.
The three-year deal is expected to be worth around £435,000 in total turnover. The school has around 1,000 pupils and is one of a number of new contracts to begin this month.
Pabulum held a taster session for students and staff at Brakenhale as part of the tender process, which helped to seal the deal.
Collette Stokes, service and contracts manager at the school, explained: "Everyone loved the food and we were very impressed by the lengths to which the Pabulum team went in order to get feedback from the students and staff.
"This kind of inclusive partnership approach is very important to us and we are confident that, in Pabulum, we have found the right partner to help us take our food offering to a new level."
