Pabulum wins three-year deal at Trafalgar School
Pabulum has won a new three-year catering contract at the Trafalgar School at Downton, in Wiltshire, worth in excess of £290,000.
The Fleet-based independent operator bases its offer around the premise of "honestly good food", which, the company said, had attracted a significant number of education establishments to work with it.
Pabulum's director of sales, Amanda Ciraulo, said that it was not just the company's commitment to fresh, seasonal produce and healthy, interesting menus that made it stand out.
"Our food offering is supported by a personal, hands-on approach to service that encourages a collaborative working relationship with our clients that is fundamental to its success," she explained.
John Foster, business manager at the Trafalgar School, added: "We are confident that they have the focus and practices in place to make sure they can deliver on their promises with no hidden surprises - and that will be strategically important to us."
