Paul Bailey joins Blue Apple Contract Catering as commercial operations manager

Paul Bailey, with more than 20 years' industry experience, has joined Blue Apple Contract Catering as commercial operations manager. After graduating from Leeds Polytechnic with a degree in hospitality management, Bailey worked through the ranks at Payne and Gunter, Hilton Hotels, Scottish & Newcastle, Baxter & Platts, and Gardner Merchant (Sodexo), before spending 10 years at Aramark.
