Paul O'Donoghue has joined wine supplier Enotria as sales training manager for Scotland. With a strong operator background, O'Donoghue joins from award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant Bond No9 at the Shore in Leith, where he delivered weekly training in his role as general manager. He has also held senior positions at Canny Man's in Edinburgh, AA two-rosette restaurant Rhubarb in Prestonfield, EH2 Tempus at the George hotel and Monteiths on Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile.
