Provision of Catering Services: Ayscoughfee Café & The South Holland Centre

South Holland District Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to manage and operate catering services in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

The Ayscoughfee Café is situated within the grounds of a medieval manor house and its formal gardens. The house is managed as the District's museum and the gardens are open. The Café offers indoor and outdoor catering and provides services that include:

  • Catering for the general public and coach parties.

  • A mix of hot and cold food.

  • Snacks and ice-cream.

The South Holland Centre provides a range of function, event and activity spaces, including:

  • A large, second floor multi-use hall (Function Hall) with a seating capacity of 300.

  • A ground and first floor 346 fixed-seat theatre/cinema auditorium with dressing rooms and associated spaces.

  • Basement meeting rooms.

  • First floor bar/café area.

  • Second floor bar/foyer area.

  • Ground floor reception, box office, merchandising and Tourist Information area
