Radcliffe Civic Suite, Market sounding for future management options

Bury Council wishes to consider alternative business models/management options for the operation of Radcliffe Civic Suite and is inviting individuals or organisations with an interest in, or insight into, managing community venues to contribute to a market sounding exercise.

We are seeking to establish both the range of alternative operating models and the potential interest in delivering these options that will determine the viability, sustainability and capacity of any future management of the Civic venue.

We would also like to hear from interested parties that may have new ideas, new models of management, new business, including any alternative ways of delivering services to the community, and welcome interest from both existing and potential operators.

To obtain an information pack please visit ‘current opportunities' at
www.thechest.nwce.gov.uk or contact Leisure Services on 0161 253 5735 or civichallsreview@bury.gov.uk
Radcliffe Civic Suite will be available for general viewing between 9.00am and 8.00pm on Monday 19 July 2010. Individual viewings may be made
