A part-baked rustic bread is the latest addition to the Menissez Artisan range of handmade and frozen ready-to bake breads for sandwich making that can be baked from frozen at 200°C in just six minutes. The stone-baked dough is made using special mineral water and untreated sea salt without any chemicals or preservatives and benefits from a 24-hour resting time during manufacture. West London-based La Boulangerie Menissez - which imports and distributes frozen and ambient Continental bread, pâtisserie and morning goods - sells the rustic breads in 60 x 11g packs for £18.23.
