Retail Trust, contract for provision of catering facilities

Retail Trust is a charity whose services include the provision of supported accommodation for retired residents.
A restaurant facility is provided at all sites catering for specific meal times of breakfast and a main meal provision at lunch time. A variety of snack and light bite options should also be provided.
Restaurants should operate from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm at London and Derby and from 8.00 am to 2.30 pm at Salford. There is also the opportunity to provide external sales as an additional source of income.
The contract is planned to commence on 1 April 2013.
