What was your first job?

Delivering the Sunday newspaper when I was in my early teens

What was your first job in catering?

At a diner in Sweden

What do you normally have for breakfast?

Muesli with oat milk

What do you do to relax?

Some may not call it relaxing, but I run and climb [bouldering]

Which is your favourite restaurant?

I go to Busaba Eathai in Soho quite a lot

What is your favourite drink?

Beer

What is your favourite cuisine?

I love Vietnamese - especially the distinct tastes and flavour combinations

Which ingredient do you hate the most?

I don't hate it, but I am not so keen on tripe

What do you always carry with you?

Keys to my flat, work and bicycle

How would you describe your desk?

For the time being, messy!

Which person gave you the greatest inspiration?

Ola Andersson

Cast away on a desert island, what luxury would you take?

A fishing rod

If not yourself, who would you rather have been?

Not a person, but a bird would have been cool!

If you had not gone into catering, where do you think you would be now?

Definitely something that involves a lot of creativity and being outside, like a gardener
