Robert Clarke and Richard Wayman join culinary team at Fitzwilliam College

Robert Clarke (left) and Richard Wayman have joined the culinary team at Fitzwilliam College, at Cambridge University. Clarke has been appointed catering manager, after being service & hospitality manager at Murray Edwards College for three years. He studied catering in Worcester, joined the Restaurant Group as a branch manager, and, after opening a new restaurant in Bristol, was promoted to area manager. He has also operated pubs in Cornwall and Cambridge. Wayman joins Fitzwilliam College as head chef from King's College, where he was head chef for five years. He started his career as apprentice chef at King's, returning as sous chef in 2004 after spells at both Emmanuel and Homerton. He was quickly promoted to head chef, establishing an excellent reputation for fine dining.
