Roger Philips MBE World renowned mushroom expert and author

Roger Philips MBE World renowned mushroom expert and author will be conducting residential week, 10-17th September, devoted to mushroom foraging and identification as well as cooking, eating of the mushrooms gathered in a beautiful rustic farmhouse in the Vallee du Lot, S.W. France.

Erik Michel, international chef will be in attendance to deliver gastronomique delights during the week and demonstrate creative ways to prepare, preserve and cook
fresh mushrooms.

Numbers for the week will be capped at 14 places only. We still have some vacancies for singles and couples. If you book before 20th August, you can benefit from a 15% discount.
