Salon Culinaire opens for entries

Cookery championship Salon Culinaire, which is taking place at Hospitality 2009 at Birmingham's NEC in the New Year, is now open for entries.

In total, 50 competition classes are available to enter at the show, which takes place from the 19 to 21 January.

Both Salon Display and the live cooking of the Live Theatre are being sponsored by contract caterer Compass Group, which had a very successful competitive outing itself at Hotelympia earlier this year.
