If you think you have got it, or know someone else who has the talent, then submit your application form before the closing date of Friday 29 July.
Young Chef Young Waiter, which is an award for both front-of-house and back-of-house, is organised by the Restaurant Association, Springboard, American Express and the Savoy Educational Trust. It rewards the best young chef and young waiter in the industry.
Winners get an all expenses paid trip to Barbados and £2,000 prize money.
