Seasoned Events and Ampersand have been named preferred suppliers to the Natural History Museum, ousting caterers Mustard and Jackson Gilmour.
The caterers will commence the three-year contract on 1 January 2013.
Joanne Wood, senior events manager at the Natural History Museum, said: "As well as a focus on selecting caterers that were strong on new business generation, we also liked what each of the new caterers are able to offer us in terms of their style and creativity, to complement our existing suppliers' services."
Colin Sayers, managing director at Seasoned Events, added: "We are all thrilled and excited about the appointment and the opportunity to deliver a wide range of unique events and catering at such a prestigious venue."
