Seasoned Events wins £3m deal with Thames Luxury Charters
Seasoned Events has been awarded a three-year banqueting and catering contract with Thames Luxury Charters (TLC) worth nearly £3m.
The events division of Crown Group provide the hospitality services aboard its fleet of four luxury charter boats, moored at Butler's Wharf by Tower Bridge.
The deal, which has an option for a further two-year extension, sees TLC opt for a single supplier for the first time: Seasoned will cater for both corporate and private clients.
Led by Chris Hawkins, the fleet's head chef at Seasoned Events, the company will operate on board the Elizabethan, Erasmus, Edwardian and TLC's flagship the Dixie Queen, a replica stern-wheeled paddle steamer.
Colin Sayers, managing director of Seasoned Events, said: "We are delighted to be the first sole caterer for TLC and to be bringing our award-winning food to such unique event spaces. Together we can offer guests a truly unique experience."
