Simon Hartnell joins Pelican Buying Company as business development manager

Simon Hartnell has joined the Pelican Buying Company as business development manager. He is tasked with developing new business in the West Country and helping organisations manage and control their supply chain operation. Hartnell brings a wealth of experience and procurement expertise to the new role and most recently he was employed by PSL.
