Six new cheeses from Woodward Foodservice

Six new products have joined the Woodward Foodservice cheeseboard. They include the delicately flavoured handmade Cornish Yarg (a semi-hard cows' milk cheese which is covered in nettles and mould-ripened) offered in 1kg packs. The new line-up also includes crumbly Wensleydale with cranberries (1kg), the chewy and grillable vegetarian halloumi (240g), soft white ricotta (250g), and creamy, blue-veined Roquefort (1kg). The 750g Ploughman's Choice brings together a matured Cheddar with pickled silverskin onions and chives, while the 850g Classic Cheeseboard (850g) combines a vintage Cheddar with a Cheshire waxed cheese, a blue Stilton, a smokey Dutch Edam and an English Brie.
