Smoked cheddar mashed potatoes

Ingredients

150ml milk warmed
50g butter warmed with the milk
100g (4oz) smoked Cheddar grated

Method

Mash the potatoes while they are still hot to avoid them going glutinous. It helps if you warm the milk and butter before adding them.
