Ingredients

100g soba (Japanese noodles)
julienne of spring onion red yellow green pimentoes mooli (white radish)
2 tbsp soya sauce

Method

Cook soba in water with salt then stir-fry slightly the julienne of vegetables. When cold mix soba and vegetables seasoning with soya sauce.
