Sodexo makes senior appointment to education division

Sodexo has announced the appointment of Sonja Rowe to the role of senior business development manager for its education division.

Rowe returns to Sodexo from Avenance, where she held the role of national sales manager for education.

She will be responsible for the growth of Sodexo's business portfolio, looking after university, independent schools and large group contracts.

"I am delighted to be back at Sodexo, taking on the role of senior business development manager for its education division," said Rowe.

"I look forward to using my experience to grow Sodexo's business in the education sector and I am excited about the challenging year ahead."

In 2001, during her previous term at Sodexo, Rowe held the role of senior district manager where she was responsible for operating 38 sites.

She then held sales manager roles at Hopkinson Catering and Yes Dining, before her stint at Avenance.
