Sodexo Prestige has promoted Mark Parfait to the role of creative food director.
He will take overall responsibility for food development at Sodexo's corporate dining, hospitality and events division.
Parfait joined the business in September 2011 as head of food operations for Sodexo Prestige. Prior to that he was food director for Harbour & Jones.
