Sodexo Prestige Scotland wins exclusive deal at Edinburgh Corn Exchange
Sodexo Prestige Scotland has signed a new exclusive agreement with the Edinburgh Corn Exchange to provide catering services at the grade A-listed building over the next three years.
The venue, which has achieved an annual catering revenue of around £500,000, is able to host a variety of events such as dinners, concerts, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and corporate events.
Sodexo Prestige Scotland will also support the sales and marketing activities of the Corn Exchange and jointly promote the venue to the corporate and private markets as part of the agreement.
The caterer has operated at the venue for the past few years as one of a number of businesses to provide catering, but the new agreement sees Sodexo Prestige Scotland given sole-operator status.
Amanda Wrathall, sales and marketing manager at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange, said: "We believe this partnership will only strengthen the reputation the Corn Exchange holds as an innovative and receptive business.
"Through challenging economic times, we continue to grow by making strategic partnerships that improve the service and standards we can offer to our clients, while remaining competitive."
