Sodexo has won an £18m catering contract with banking group Santander.
The three-year deal begins this month and will see Sodexo provide employee dining, hospitality services and executive dining for around 14,000 of the bank's staff in the UK.
Sodexo will introduce a new, modern catering offer across 12 of the bank's key offices throughout the country, including its UK head office in London.
Jane Jones, Sodexo Prestige and Corporate Services divisional managing director, said: "My team is looking forward to transforming the services on site, and offering Santander's employees more fresh choices and variety. Santander has a global FM policy of selecting single service line specialists so this contract is a true endorsement of our food expertise and capability."
Sarah Fowler, catering and vending manager, Santander Global Facilities, said: "Our decision to appoint Sodexo was based upon its proven track record of delivering catering and hospitality services.
"We were impressed by the enthusiasm of the Sodexo team and the detail of their catering solution which will deliver a range of contemporary food offers and value for money for our employees."
Santander Group is Sodexo's biggest client in Spain where it has had a relationship with the company since 1994.
