Sodexo's Margot Slattery features on Top 50 LGBT list

Margot Slattery, the Sodexo Ireland country president, has been named in The Daily Telegraph's Top 50 LGBT for the second year running.

She featured in position 15 in the Out at Work list of most influential LGBT business leaders.

Slattery chairs the UK and Ireland sexual orientation and gender identity workstream, which launched the Pride employee network earlier this month.

She said: "It's fantastic to be included among the top 50 most influential business leaders for a second consecutive year.

"I was delighted to be involved in the launch of our Sodexo Pride employee network in the UK and Ireland, and it's by having those visible role models - from the Out at Work list to colleagues we work with every day - that we can encourage people to be themselves and perform to their full potential."

Back in October last year and for the second year running Slattery was included in the Outstanding Top 100 LGBT business leaders, published in association with the Financial Times.
