Speciality and regional products at Hotelympia

Hotelympia visitors can sample the latest products at the Speciality and Regional Pavilion and learn about the latest in the sandwich market at the new Sandwich and Tea Pavilion.

Some 20 companies will be presenting their wares at the Speciality and Regional Pavilion from handmade cakes and traditional pies to fine leaf teas and seasonings.

Award-winning Delicious Alchemy will show how operators can find creative ways to cater for customers with food intolerances, while Pieminister will deliver a low down on the latest pie-making trends.

The Sandwich and Tea Pavilion, run in association with The British Sandwich Association, will feature demonstrations and free-of-charge seminars from a dozen companies including key sponsors Typhoo and Cherry Valley.

A full seminar programme will include sessions with BSA guest chef Tom Bridge and presentations about how to add value to your sandwich range and the top 10 fillings identified from latest BSA research.

Tickets to Hotelympia cost £30 but you can book a free ticket by pre-registering online for the UK's premier hospitality and food service event, taking place from Sunday 17- Thursday 21 February at ExCeL, London.

For more on the show check out our dedicated Hotelympia zone on the website.
