Speedy paninis from Delifrance

The growing demand for all-day catering has prompted Delifrance UK to devise a line of microwaveable Provencette paninis to save staff time and effort in periods of heavy demand. The ready-filled and grilled breads can be microwaved from frozen in just three minutes and are said to retain the taste and crunch of the more traditionally prepared snacks. They are sold in small cases containing 15 paninis to enable caterers to stock all the flavours, which include chicken, sweetcure bacon and mozzarella, ham and mozzarella, Cheddar and red onion, tuna melt, and Lincolnshire sausage with egg and bacon.
