Lancaster London and Hilton Worldwide were among the winners at last night's (2 November) annual Springboard Awards for Excellence, held at Novotel London West.
The 13th awards ceremony recognised employees and employers in the hospitality industry who have made a significant contribution to attracting and retaining staff. To celebrate charity's silver anniversary year, FutureChef alumni Ruth Hansom, Steffan Davies, Conor McLean and April Partridge were named as winners of the Chairman's 25th Anniversary Award.
