Stellar line up confirmed for The Caterer Summit
The cream of hospitality is set to speak at this week's The Caterer Summit.
The first day will feature such luminaries as Oliver Peyton, Silvano Giraldin and Fred Sirieix, while attendees at the second day will hear from Lucknam Park chairman Harry Murray, Mandarin Oriental's David Nicholls and Bespoke hotels' Robin Sheppard.
Taking place at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower on Thursday and Friday, the summit will address food and service on the first and the business of running hotels on the second day.
Delegates are welcome to attend either day, at a price of just £150 per day.
Oliver Peyton will be explain how he has grown Peyton and Byrne and discuss his role on the Great British Menu.
Meanwhile, Galvin at Windows general manager Fred Sirieix will be joined by Manager of the Year Catey Winner Peter Avis, restaurant manager of Babylon at The Roof Gardens, to discuss how to develop a team and mould them into the managers of the future.
Through a series of panel discussions and presentations delegates will learn the future trends in front of house, how to deliver a contemporary experience that delights and the benefits and pitfalls of joining a brand.
