Stock bases from Major

To help caterers who need to take into account the different social and religious requirements of their customers, Major International has received Halal Certification for five of its 19 stock bases made at its UK manufacturing plant.
The bases, which come in savoury chicken, lamb, beef, vegetable and cheese varieties, also contain less than 0.5g of fat per 100g of stock and are free from preservatives, additives and MSG in addition to being suitable for coeliacs.
