Swiss Cheese Fondue to be served with Hen's Tooth – by Greene King
Ingredients
110g Gruyere cheese
225g Swiss cheese
1 tbsp cornflour
200ml Hen's Tooth
1 clove of garlic
Crusty french bread
Recipe
Grate cheese and mix with cornflour
Finely chop 1/2 the clove of garlic and add to the fondue pot
Cut the other 1/2 clove finely and add to the pot
Slowly add the cheese mixture, stirring as it melts When smooth add Hen's Tooth and allow to cook for a further 2 minutes
Serve immediately with crusty french bread.
