Tapenade to cater for Royal International Air Tattoo

Food design and event management company Tapenade has won a £300,000 contract for this year's Royal International Air Tattoo.

The company will provide meals for around 5,500 covers over three days at the world's largest military air show, taking place at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire from 15-17 July.

It will also cater for The Patrons Pavilion and After Show Dinner.

The menu will include a breakfast of exotic fruit platters and pastries, a hot buffet lunch, fruits de mer and iced charcuterie stations.

Tim Stevens, managing director of Tapenade said: "The contract is for one year but there is a desire on both parties for a long term relationship."
